LF Steel Frame Building Plans
Summary:
To furnish and erect on foundation a rigid frame,
clear span metal 60' wide by
120' long, clear span metal building. All exterior wall
panels to have factory
applied color on the outside (tan). Building is to be
insulated to minimum R-39
(ceiling) and R-25 (walls) by fiberglass blanket with
vapor barrier. Building is to
have 18-foot sidewalls, six insulated doors, (three 16'
wide by 16' high, three 18'
wide by 16' high, and four new 3'-0 service entrance doors
in the new building.
Builder to furnish a 12-inch reinforced monolithic concrete
slab and four-foot
foundation. Rough site grading and gravel fill will be
furnished at site by the City
of Minot. Builder must shape and fill to final grade.
All the digging for the
footings, floor drains, backfilling, and compaction will
be done by the City of
Minot. Contractor is to coordinate with the Public Works
Department to allow
time for excavation and utility installation
